Apple Health permissions

If a summary looks incomplete, review PlainHealth permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings and confirm the needed data types are enabled.

Privacy and local data

Use the in-app Privacy dashboard to review local app-created data and delete PlainHealth summaries or journal check-ins.

Premium subscriptions

PlainHealth Premium is managed through Apple StoreKit. Subscription changes, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple.

Notifications and widgets

Reminder notifications and widgets use generic, privacy-safe text by default and can be changed or disabled from the app and iOS settings.
